To whom it may concern;
On the way back from our cabin yesterday we blew out a tire on our boat trailer, after a truck in front of us lost part of his load and scattered debris all over the interstate. It was raining and the tire was a total loss having a 3 inch gash in the sidewall, and to top it off, we had no spare.
As I was removing the tire, my wife located your store and spoke with Josh who was extremely helpful. He had the tire we needed and gave great directions to the store. When we arrived, he started to work immediately on the tire and had us taken care of in a matter of minutes. To say the least, I have never received such quick service anywhere. Josh even found a couple of scrap wood blocks to assist me in remounting the new tire (my jack was a little short).
Thanks to Josh, we were back on the road much quicker than I expected. His professionalism and awesome customer service helped make a bad situation a little brighter.

Although I wasn't happy about having to spend $600 on my van within
the span of a week, it needed to be done and I am happy with the
honesty, work, and general service that the guys at Twin River did. I'm
sure I will return in the future for additional service;
hopefully, not in the near future.
